How can Boomers and Zees become wise sages instead of limp lettuces in a world starving for what they know?

Realisation 1: Embrace and Utilise Social Media

Social media is here to stay, and it is more than "This is my dog" and "Here is my lunch with Auntie Sophie."

In the right hands with the right skills, it is an instrument of power. Those applying these skills are not only reaching vast numbers of people, they are laughing all the way to the bank, and I mean hysterical laughter.

You can learn these skills even if you have a problem writing a birthday card at the moment.

Realisation 2: Promote Inter-generational mentoring

In this section, write about how boomers and zees can learn and grow from each other through mentorship relationships.

The younger generations quite often ask for help. I have been mentoring a host of young upstarts, and they keep coming back for more.

When they, usually younger ones, see what you have done, they come to learn. Most of them have run out of answers and now need your help. However, you have to be in a place where they can find you and learn from you.

To do the work that can change the world for someone, you have to be in the right place, in the right way and at the right time.

Realisation 3: Continuously Increase High-Value Skill Set

We are never too old to learn new, high-value skills.

It is hogwash that we cannot learn as we get older. It depends on the willingness to learn. "Too old for this sh*t" does not cut it anymore.

Brian's plasticity evidence disproves the old idea that was put in place to limit your belief in what is possible.
